Big Canoe By-Laws
The By-Laws of Big Canoe are a set of rules established for the POA to regulate itself, which includes but is not limited to By-Laws about elections, meetings, composition of the board, and more.
Covenants
All of the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), and rules that determine a Property Owner’s rights and responsibilities in Big Canoe are provisions having the effect of laws and are recognized by the government as binding.
Rules & Regulations
Rules and regulations apply to Property Owners, tenants, guests, active builders, subcontractors and service personnel. The POA Board can add, modify or delete a rule or regulation.
Policies & Procedures
Policies & Procedures address a range of areas including nature and the environment; The Board, management and employees; Property Owners and Amenities. The POA Board can add, modify or delete a Policy & Procedure
Strategic Plan
The Strategic Plan is designed to strengthen and promote Big Canoe’s image, maintain the community’s character, and ensure we’re prudent stewards of POA assets
